Thank you everyone for showing your support this year for the Walk4Hearing! Lanayah is an extraordinary girl with an amazing story to tell. Her journey with being deaf and using cochlear implants has already been an inspiration to so many people, including parents of children that are newly diagnosed with hearing loss. It's so important to celebrate all of her accomplishments and spread as much awareness as possible. I couldn't be more proud of her and it's time for us all to show her and all her friends how amazing they really are! Thank you!
The Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA) Walk4Hearing increases awareness about hearing loss, helps to eradicate the stigma associated with it and raises funds to provide information and support for people with hearing loss. Since 2006, the Walk4Hearing has raised more than $12 million and has become the largest walk for hearing loss taking place in cities across the United States.
