Hey Everyone! I'm walking in CT's Walk 4 Hearing on May 21st!! I had Casey name the team this year, she wants to be Team Casey And Friends!! All donations will help hearing loss medical organizations as well as going towards helping create a better understanding of what hearing loss is all about. My daughter Casey has Moderate to Severe Hearing Loss and it is amazing what I've learned just from being so involved with her. Just to know more about what hearing loss is, is so important to be rid of the stigma placed on children (as well as adults) with hearing loss. Also, just to help in the efforts to raise money for the research causes as well as in treatment will hopefully do nothing but better the life of both the person with hearing loss, as well as the people around them. This is for such an important cause! Feel free to join the walk with us :) Thanks Everyone!!!!
The Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA) Walk4Hearing increases awareness about hearing loss, helps to eradicate the stigma associated with it and raises funds to provide information and support for people with hearing loss. Since 2006, the Walk4Hearing has raised more than $12 million and has become the largest walk for hearing loss taking place in cities across the United States.
